HP LASERJET 2600 REMANUFACTURING INSTRUCTIONS

The 2600 printed some of the greatest texts of statements we have seen, albeit slowly, by 6.8 ppm. On paper in color with many grains saw banding. Has been saturated with colors and sounds have an artificial skin orange. High quality photos slightly greenish, a little grainy, and had weak banding.

The four ink cartridges that are replaceable, and easily slide in the slots behind the fold down the front door of the printer. The 2600 cartridges to full capacity, even if its capabilities are modest: just 2500 pages for black print cartridge and 2000 pages for the color cartridge. The 2600n has the more the cost per page for all the printers tested in our group: 2.9 cents black and white, and 14.9 cents per color page.

SAMSUNG SCX-4200 REMANUFACTURING INSTRUCTIONS

Samsung SCX-4200 is a little beast, a multifunction device based on a mono laser engine, but a color inkjet. It is the Home Office or a small office, where the color is not as important as fast and low operating costs to print.

The machine is compact and stocky, with an area no larger than DIN-A4. It is classic, with a 250-sheet paper on the bottom of the front, a multi retail, and a few sheets of paper, that the output slot. At the head of the machine is the flatbed scanner, which can in A4 paper size.

The SCX-4200 is equipped with a Home 1000 toner cartridge for you in place and working. The replacement of the standard toner cartridge yields 3,000 pages. Thanks to the Toner Save, the printing cost per page finally cheaper than an inkjet printer.

HP P1505 CARTRIDGE REMANUFACTURING INSTRUCTIONS

In November 2007, Hewlett Packard released the LaserJet P1505 printer. The HP- P1505 series of laser printers are based on a 17 ppm, true 600dpi Canon engine. These cartridges use a chip that controls the toner low functions. The CB436A is rated for 2,000 pages. Physically, the cartridges look like a small 12A (1012) cartridge, but there are many differences.

The printer itself has a very small foot print. It’s a nice small office/home machine. The first page out is stated to be in under 8.5 seconds from a power save mode. The memory is fixed and not expandable at 8Mb. The recommended monthly volume is from 250-1500 pages/month, but the maximum monthly duty cycle is 5,000 pages. Unlike many small printers these machines have an input tray that can hold 150 pages. A nice touch!

The system that holds the two halves of the cartridge together is completely new. The good news here is that you don’t have to cut holes in the cartridge to get access to the pins! The toner inside is also new. HP is stating that the toner now has “spherically shaped particles”. We are currently investigating if this means the toner is chemical or conventional toner that has been thermally rounded. My guess is that it is thermally rounded toner, but until our investigations are finished, we won’t know for sure.

In addition to the new toner, the chips have also had “intelligence added” to help aid cartridge ordering when supplies are low. Again, we are investigating the chips for these cartridges as I write this. I can say I have run the same cartridge now 5 times, and the chip has not shut the printer down. Just the toner low features are not working.

The printer when new comes with a starter cartridge that is rated for 700 pages at 5% coverage, so your customers will be coming to you fairly quickly! The starter cartridges and replacement 35A (1500 page) cartridges are physically the same so you can make a “High Yield” cartridge from the starter (if you can call 1500 pages high yield).

So far there are four printers based on this engine: the P1000, P1006, P1007, and P1008. At the time of this writing, only the P1006 has been released. The other models are referred to in the service manual.

Cartridge troubleshooting as well as running test pages, cleaning pages and some simple printer troubleshooting will be covered at the end of this article.

HP P3005 CARTRIDGE REMANUFACTURING INSTRUCTIONS

First released in November 2006, the HP LaserJet P3005 series of printers are based on a 1200dpi, 35ppm Canon engine, (except for the M3027 which is rated for 27ppm). As with all the new HP cartridges, these cartridges use a chip to monitor toner low functions. These cartridges use the older larger format chip board as found on the 4200/4300 series, not the smaller version found on many other newer cartridges like the CLJ 2600. The P3005 cartridge looks somewhat like an updated/smaller version of the 5200 (Q7516A) cartridge. The cartridges for the P3005 are the Q7551A and Q7551X and are rated for 6,500 Pages and 13,000 pages respectively.

The LaserJet P3005 series of printers use a 400 MHz processor and the most basic unit has 48Mb of DDR2 memory expandable to 320mb. They all show a first page out at less than 9 seconds. The entire series has a monthly duty cycle of 100,000 pages/month. The cartridges have list prices of $128.99 for the A, and $214.99 for the X cartridge. (Pricing as of November 2006).

So far the machines based on the P3005 engine are the: LaserJet P3005, P3005d, P3005n, P3005dn, P3005x and the LaserJet M3027 MFP, M3035 MFP, M3035xs MFP Figure 1 shows the pull tab for the seal. Similar to the 2420 and 5200, this tab prevents the cartridge from being installed unless the seal has been pulled. (Unless the tab has been separated from the seal of course).

HP P1006 CARTRIDGE REMANUFACTURING INSTRUCTIONS

In November 2007, Hewlett Packard released the LaserJet P1006 printer. The HP P1006 series of laser printers are based on a 17 ppm, true 600dpi Canon engine. These cartridges use a chip that controls the toner low functions. The CB435A is rated for 1,500 pages. Physically, the cartridges look like a small 12A (1012) cartridge, but there are many differences.

The printer itself has a very small foot print. It’s a nice small office/home machine. The first page out is stated to be in under 8.5 seconds from a power save mode. IPOD NANO TAKE APART SERVICE MANUAL

Welcome to the iPod nano Take-Apart manual. Nanos are small and fragile, so you have to handle them with care. The inside is pretty much one piece including the logic board, battery (which is soldered on), RAM (2 or 4GB), headphone jack, and data port.

There is one slight difference between the design of the 2GB and 4GB models. The 2GB model in the revisions seen so far have a socketed daughterboard. This allows for easy replacement of the RAM by just removing a couple of screws. The 4GB models have the RAM chip soldered directly to the logic board making it nearly impossible to change RAM chips without the proper soldering equipment. This manual will show a comparison between the two models a little bit later.

This CDMA digital technology has greatly enhanced voice clarity and can provide a variety of advanced features. Currently, CDMA mobile communication technology has been commercially used in Cellular and Personal Communication Service (PCS). The difference between them is the operating frequency spectrum. Cellular uses 800Mhz and PCS uses 1.9Ghz. The LG357 support GPS Mode, we usually call it tri-band phone. Also, LG357 works on Advanced Mobile Phone Service (AMPS). We call it quad-mode phone. If one of the Cellular, PCS and AMPS base stations is located nearby, Call fail rate of triple-mode phone is less than dual-mode phone or single-mode phone.

The CDMA technology adopts DSSS (Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum). This feature of DSSS enables the phone to keep communication from being crossed and to use one frequency channel by multiple users in the same specific area, resulting that it increases the capacity 10 times more compared with that in the analog mode currently used.
