CANON PIXMA iP4000 ERROR CODES

Error codes Canon Pixma iP4000 are displayed on LEDs.
Orange light flashes
2 times: no paper in the tray, no CD-R
3 times: paper jam
4 times: no ink
5 times: not installed, or the print head is defective
6 times: the lid is open, the CD-R tray is open
7 times: no CD-R or DVD-R
8 times: almost full of diapers (95%)
9 times: Direct printing from connected digital devices are not supported
10 times: Duplex printing cannot be performed
11 times: failure in automatic alignment of the print head

Orange and green indicators alternately flash
2 times: carriage error
3 times: Paper feed error
4 times: blower error
5 times: ASF sensor error
6 times: internal temperature error
7 times: the diaper is full
8 times: Print head temperature
9 times: EEPROM error
11 times: carriage lift error
12 times: position error AP
13 times: Paper feed position error
14 times: Paper Feed Sensor Error
15 times: USB error
16 times: Valve Sensor Error
17 times: motor error
20 times: another hardware error
Continuous alternate flashing: ROM error
Solid orange: RAM error
