Be careful when handling the cable connector and DC motor wiring. For wiring, do not forget to use the links, cores and shock absorbers. Wrong wiring or wiring with no tie, carrots and shocks can cause printer malfunction due to noise or electrostatic discharge. As the 4 in 1 connector pin functions on the board's logic board can be easily folded, exercise care to avoid twisting the pins when removing or installing the connector on the logic board. If the pins are bent, a failure of the card not recognized or a failure of direct printing may occur. When removing the bleed device, the timing shaft must be removed in advance. The purge unit can not be removed before removing the transport shaft. If the purge unit is removed by force, it can be damaged or the transport shaft can be damaged, causing uneven printing density of printed materials.
