1. Turn the printer.
2. Press MENU, then SCAN, COPY and again SCAN - entered the service mode.
3. Select NVRAM ACCESS continue OK.
4. Select SET ABS-M LEVEL and set value is zero.
5. Select SET ABS-R LEVEL (if any) and are also set to zero.
6. Turn the printer off button POWER.
